Menu for the week of March 14 to March 17

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! Last year, the Irish Brisket was HUGE. It was the biggest day Meagan's Meals has ever had. If it gets too big, I will add an extra day (Friday) for cooking. Please sign up for as much as you would like. We'll see how it goes. I'll up date the blog as I know more, Meagan

Monday, March 14
Baked Spaghetti
Garlic Bread
A fun twist on a classic dish. I had multiple requests for the garlic bread. It has not been on the menu for some time. It is super good!! This item was a HUGE hit every time.

Tuesday, March 15
Creamy Vegetable Soup with Ham
Bread

Wednesday, March 16
Chicken Breast with a Light Cream Sauce
Penne Pasta
This is a very requested dish.

Thursday, March 17
Irish Brisket with Horseradish Sauce
Sauteed Cabbage
For those of you who haven't tried this, I want you to forget all your pre-conceived ideas about corned beef.
This is probably my signature meal. It is tender corned-beef brisket along with delicious sauteed cabbage.
This has has become probably the overall favorite meal that I prepare. If you say "Oh, I don't like corned beef
and I don't like cabbage" Just give me one chance to convert you, you will be glad you did. It is served with
a super yummy horseradish sauce that is the perfect compliment.

The corned beef and cabbage meal is my family favorite! We all agree it is YUMMY! And I have to say.....it wasn't always that way until we tried Meagan's! :)
