Everything you ever thought about Sloppy Joes is about to change with this dish. This version brings a little more action to the ho-hum bun.

Shredded Barbacoa Sweet Pork Salad
Avocado Ranch Dressing

Tuesday, May 25

Manicotti

Wednesday, May 26
Cheddar Stuffed Pimiento Burger
Homemade Potato Chips
A plain cheeseburger made into something really special. Putting the cheese on the inside of the burger to help keep it moist. Outstanding!!! If you haven't had homemade potato chip before you are really going to love this meal. They are wonderful.

Thursday, May 27
Chicken Enchiladas
Toppings
Yes, these are my normal enchiladas.

Friday, May 28

Buffalo Chicken "French Dip" Sandwiches
Cool Cucumber Salad
The classic Buffalo wings made into a sandwich but with the classic French dip style. The dipping sauce is made of the Hot Wing Sauce, so the hot is all in the dip. The cucumber salad go wonderful with the spiciness of the dipping sauce.

Menu for the week of May 17 to May 21

Monday, May 17
Chef Salad
Homemade Ranch Dressing and Croutons
Yummy Crusty Hard Rolls

Tuesday, May 18
Chicken Breast with a Light Cream Sauce
Penne Pasta
This is a very requested dish.

Wednesday, May 19
The Best BBQ Chicken Ever
Macaroni Salad
That's a big statement, but you have to try this. One bite and you won't want BBQ chicken any other way. You will BBQ this, but only to put the marks on the chicken. The recipe has me doing all the work for you. The chicken is cooked in the oven first, a dip in the sauce, and you grill it for less than 5 minutes at home.

Thursday, May 20
Irish Brisket with Horseradish Sauce
Sauteed Cabbage
I have had a lot of requests for this. Even though it is a Fall and Winter meal, I thought I would work it in this week.

Friday, May 21
California Bagel
Potato Salad
A west coast favorite. This sandwich has it all: roast turkey, bacon, avocado, and an outstanding mayonnaise. All served on a sesame seed bagel to set it apart.

Menu for the week of May 10 to May 14

It's been over a month with the new menus. I'm working some of the favorites back into the rotation. I'm not going to give a description, if you have any question just let me know. I'm also going to change the Thursday from pasta day to another miscellaneous day. I will still work some pasta dishes in. Thanks everyone for all your support. Meagan
Monday, May 10
Chinese Chicken Salad
Hard Roll

Tuesday, May 11
Teriyaki Steak
White Rice

Wednesday, May 12
California Chicken Burger
Garden Salad with Ranch
This is a wonderful honey-lime chicken cutlet. The cutlet will be very tender and easy to cook. The burger comes with Provolone cheese, guacamole, tomato, and green onion mayo.

Thursday, May 13
Stacked Chicken Enchiladas
Toppings
This is completely different from my other enchiladas, but will please just the same. This is more of a Tex-Mex enchilada. Instead of rolling the enchilada it will be stacked.

Friday, May 14
Coney Island Chili Dog
Cole Slaw
I'm able to purchase actual Coney Island hot dogs. They will be topped with a homemade all beef chili. These will be a real treat, just like at the pier at Coney Island.
